所以弟兄們，我以　神的慈悲勸你們，將身體獻上，當作活祭，是聖潔的，是　神所喜悅的．你們如此事奉，乃是理所當然的。

Romans 12:1:
Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God -- this is your spiritual act of worship.

Meditation:
Take this day and all you will do in it -- walking, talking, eating, working, playing, praying, laughing, crying -- and dedicate it to God. In what way are you sacrificing your life for God?

使徒行傳21章5節:
過了這幾天，我們就起身前行．他們眾人同妻子兒女，送我們到城外，我們都跪在岸上禱告，彼此辭別。

Acts 21:5:
But when our time was up, we left and continued on our way. All the disciples and their wives and children accompanied us out of the city, and there on the beach we knelt to pray.

Meditation:
Spiritual values are powerfully taught in the context of your family. What does your family do in terms of Bible reading and prayer?

腓立比書2章3節:
凡事不可結黨，不可貪圖虛浮的榮耀．只要存心謙卑，各人看別人比自己強。

Philippians 2:3:
Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves.

Meditation:
When someone can sing or play tennis or talk to kids better than you, does it make you jealous? Or are you thankful that God has gifted that person so beautifully? Today, send a note or e-mail of admiration to a gifted person you know.

希伯來書11章6節:
人非有信，就不能得　神的喜悅．因為到　神面前來的人，必須信有神，且信他賞賜那尋求他的人。

Hebrews 11:6:
And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.

Meditation:
You may hear yourself say at times, "I did all that work for nothing!" It doesn't work that way with God. If you earnestly, diligently, seek to know God, it will be worth the effort. He will respond. He promised. How much do you seek to know God?

羅馬書8章26節:
況且我們的軟弱有聖靈幫助，我們本不曉得當怎樣禱告，只是聖靈親自用說不出來的歎息，替我們禱告。

Romans 8:26:
The Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express.

Meditation:
Sometimes it's hard to put our needs into words. You may not know what to pray for. God will help you. Name a time in your life when you could not even pray.

你要把你的重擔卸給耶和華、他必撫養你．他永不叫義人動搖。

Psalm 55:22:
Cast your cares on the LORD and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous fall.

Meditation:
You may be worried about school, work, finances, or even some of your relationships. Share your worries with God today. He wants to lift the burden from you. Do you ever write down your prayers? How might doing this help your prayer life?

倘若你的弟兄得罪你、你就去趁著只有他和你在一處的時候、指出他的錯來．他若聽你、你便得了你的弟兄。

Matthew 18:15:
[Jesus says,] "If your brother sins against you, go and show him his fault, just between the two of you. If he listens to you, you have won your brother over."

Meditation:
So many problems in the workplace, at home, and in church could be avoided if we followed Matthew 18:15. If you need to, call up someone who wronged you and win him or her over. What is holding you back?

瑪拉基書3章10節:
萬軍之耶和華說、你們要將當納的十分之一、全然送入倉庫、使我家有糧、以此試試我、是否為你們敞開天上的窗戶、傾福與你們、甚至無處可容。

Malachi 3:10:
"Bring all the tithes into the storehouse so there will be enough food in my Temple. If you do," says the LORD Almighty, "I will open the windows of heaven for you. I will pour out a blessing so great you won't have enough room to take it in! Try it! Let me prove it to you!" (NLT)

Meditation:
A tithe is 10 percent. What percentage of your income do you give back to God?

因為我遭遇患難、他必暗暗地保守我．在他亭子裡、把我藏在他帳幕的隱密處、將我高舉在磐石上。

Psalm 27:5:
For in the day of trouble he will keep me safe in his dwelling; he will hide me in the shelter of his tabernacle and set me high upon a rock.

Meditation:
Maybe you're having trouble today. Maybe you're in trouble. Run to God's shelter. What do you do when you are troubled?

懶惰人哪、你去察看螞蟻的動作、就可得智慧．螞蟻沒有元帥、沒有官長、沒有君王、尚且在夏天預備食物、在收割時聚斂糧食。

Proverbs 6:6-8:
Go to the ant, you sluggard; consider its ways and be wise! It has no commander, no overseer or ruler, yet it stores its provisions in summer and gathers its food at harvest.

Meditation:
Self-discipline is the ability to voluntarily forego gratification in the present so as to maximize it in the future. What do you want in the future that will require a sacrifice in the present?

Psalm 63:1-2:
O God, you are my God; I earnestly search for you. My soul thirsts for you; my whole body longs for you in this parched and weary land where there is no water. I have seen you in your sanctuary and gazed upon your power and glory.
Meditation:
You are thirsty, in fervent pursuit of Christ. Stay close to Him and His people. The more you encounter Him, the more you desire Him. How much time will you spend with God today?

Romans 12:10:
Love each other with genuine affection, and take delight in honoring each other.
Meditation:
It's fun to honor others! It's a joy to surprise someone with a little recognition or a small gift that will earn a smile. Try it! How can you honor someone today?

惟有基督在我們還作罪人的時候為我們死，　神的愛就在此向我們顯明了。
Romans 5:8:
But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
Meditation:
Have you ever received an award for good behavior or doing something really well? Have you ever received a hug despite your bad behavior and mistakes? God's love is not a reward -- we can't earn it. He gives it though we don't deserve it. What undeserved blessings have you received from God lately?

James 4:14:
You are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes.
Meditation:
Is your opinion of yourself too high? Read James 4:14. Do your troubles seem too big? Read James 4:14. Do you find James 4:14 comforting or disturbing? Why?
