Meditation:
God wants you to have a joyful, successful life. As you read a little bit of the Bible each day, your path through life becomes a little bit easier to find. How has the Word of God helped you find your way recently?

諸山未曾生出、地與世界你未曾造成、從亙古到永遠、你是　神。　　
Psalm 90:2:
Before the mountains were born or you brought forth the earth and the world, from everlasting to everlasting you are God.
Meditation:
God was there when the mountains were born. God was there when you were born. As you spend your day doing this and that, take a bit of the "everlasting" of God with you. What does it mean to feel the "everlasting" of God in your life?

哥林多後書5章21節:
神使那無罪的、(無罪原文作不知罪)替我們成為罪．好叫我們在他裡面成為　神的義。　
2 Corinthians 5:21:
Christ had no sin, but God made him become sin so that in Christ we could become right with God.
Meditation:
No matter how hard we try to do the right thing, we don't always succeed. Jesus took the blame for our sins, and He gives us the credit for His goodness. What a deal! Have you accepted God's goodness? Why or why not?

Matthew 10:30:
[Jesus says,] "And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered."
Meditation:
There is nothing so unimportant in your life that God does not know about it. He cares about even the smallest details. What "small" things can you talk to God about right now?

Psalm 91:11:
For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways.
Meditation:
You can't see them or feel them, but right now, surrounding you, are God's angels. When have you been aware of God's angels protecting you?

以弗所書4章26至27節:
生氣卻不要犯罪．不可含怒到日落．也不可給魔鬼留地步。　
Ephesians 4:26-27:
And "don't sin by letting anger gain control over you." Don't let the sun go down while you are still angry, for anger gives a mighty foothold to the Devil.

Meditation:
Being angry is no way to go through this day. It doesn’t do any good for others. It doesn't do any good for you. Either talk to the person you are angry with, or get over it. In what situation does anger get the best of you?

趁有指望、管教你的兒子．你的心不可任他死亡。　
Proverbs 19:18:
Discipline your children while there is hope. If you don't, you will ruin their lives.
Meditation:
Discipline is letting people experience the consequences of their own actions. Today you will have opportunities to rescue the people in your life. But in the process you may be robbing them of the opportunity to learn and grow. How are you letting people experience their own consequences?

1 Corinthians 13:1:
If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal.

Meditation:
Don't just make noise. Love someone today! What words of love do you need to convert into action?

Proverbs 23:24:
The father of godly children has cause for joy. What a pleasure it is to have wise children.

Meditation:
The choices you make reflect not only on you, but also on your family. What are you doing with your children -- or spiritual children -- that you may take joy in later?

Luke 6:31:
[Jesus says,] "Do for others as you would like them to do for you."
Meditation:
If you want others to treat you like a friend, be a friend. If you don't like people talking about you behind your back, don't talk about others behind their backs. If you want others to listen to you, listen to others. How do you want others to treat you?

Meditation:
Praise the Lord today! What are His benefits to you? What can you praise Him for today?

凡勞苦擔重擔的人、可以到我這裡來、我就使你們得安息。

Matthew 11:28:
[Jesus says,] "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."

Meditation:
You've hardly begun your day and already you're tired. Maybe "feeling tired" is how many of your days go. There is One who can give you rest -- real rest-- the kind of rest that gives you your life back. Why is it difficult sometimes to just rest? Jesus can help.

Matthew 6:25-26:
[Jesus says,] "So I tell you, don't worry about everyday life -- whether you have enough food, drink, and clothes. Doesn't life consist of more than food and clothing? Look at the birds. They don't need to plant or harvest or put food in barns because your heavenly Father feeds them. And you are far more valuable to him than they are."

Meditation:
Sometimes life seems like a frantic jump from one worry to the next. But God is in control, and He loves you. How much do you worry? What worries you most?

若是弟兄．或是姐妹、赤身露體．又缺了日用的飲食、你們中間有人對他們說、平平安安的去罷、願你們穿得暖喫得飽．卻不給他們身體所需用的、這有甚麼益處呢。　

James 2:15-16:
Suppose a brother or sister is without clothes and daily food. If one of you says to him, "Go, I wish you well; keep warm and well fed," but does nothing about his physical needs, what good is it?

Meditation:
You can talk about being compassionate, caring, and loving, but these are just words. Compassion makes a difference only when you actually do something to help alleviate the problem. What problems are you going to help alleviate today?
